Presenting on Digitalizing Nepal’s Eco-System at FWEAN

On behalf of B2BNepal.com, Ms. Angy Pradhan and Mr. Suyesh Pradhan had the privilege of serving as trainers at the Export Readiness Training organized by the Federation of Women Entrepreneurs’ Associations of Nepal (FWEAN) at Dhokaima Café, Lalitpur.

The session focused on “Digitalizing Nepal’s Export Ecosystem”, highlighting the transformative role of digital platforms in enabling Nepalese SMEs to access international markets. Participants were introduced to Zephyr International and B2BNepal, including our journey, mission, and ongoing efforts to connect Nepalese producers and entrepreneurs with global buyers.

The training further explored key components of export preparedness, including market entry strategies, export compliance considerations, trade documentation, and the end-to-end export order fulfillment cycle. A practical export process framework was presented to help SMEs better understand the steps required to become internationally competitive and export-ready.

We also showcased the contributions of our strategic collaborators, GeoKrishi and Institute for Future, emphasizing the importance of cross-sector partnerships in strengthening Nepal’s trade ecosystem and fostering sustainable business growth.

The session concluded with an engaging and interactive discussion, where participants shared insights, challenges, and opportunities related to expanding into global markets.
